ジャパン・オフィス投資法人が第7期（平成21年10月期）決算を発表。第7期は3棟を売却。賃貸収益の減少及び物件売却損の計上により27%減益、1口当たり分配金は2,611円となった。第8期（平成22年4月期）は前期の売却損がなくなるも、賃貸収益の減少及び前期の特別利益がなくなることにより4.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は2,400円となる見通し。続く第9期（平成22年10月期）は支払利息の増加を見込み38%減益、1口当たり分配金は1,500円となる見通し。
