クリード・オフィス投資法人が第5期（平成20年10月期）決算を発表した。第5期はオフィスビル1棟を売却。既存物件の賃貸収入が増加する一方、物件売却益の減少及び支払利息の増加等により前期比18%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,253円となった。第6期（平成21年4月期）は現在売却交渉中である2棟の売却が実行されれば、売却益497百万円の計上により4.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,500円となる見通し。但し、物件売却が合意に至らない場合は分配金が減少する可能性がある。続く第7期（平成21年10月期）1口当たり分配金は7,000円となる見通し。
