クリード・オフィス投資法人が第4期（平成20年4月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、17棟取得及び2棟売却を行った。賃貸収益及び物件売却益が増加するも、ファイナンス費用増により純利益は前期比微増。一方、投資口数37%増により、1口当たり分配金は12,588円と前期を26%下回った。第5期（平成20年10月期）及び第6期（平成21年4月期）は、6月5日に発表した業績予想に変動はなし。物件取得及び売却がなければ、第5期1口当たり分配金は7,000円、第6期は9,000円となる見通し。
