クリード・オフィス投資法人が第3期（平成19年10月期）決算を発表した。第3期は、5棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。賃貸収益及び物件売却益増により7.2%増収となるも、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税費用等により、前期比5.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,216円となった。第4期（平成20年4月期）は、9棟を取得及び2棟売却（現在売却交渉中）を予定し前期比21.8%増益を見込む一方、投資口数37%増により、1口当たり分配金は15,305円となる見通し。なお、売却予定の2棟が期中に売却できなかった場合は、1口当たり分配金は9,153円となる見通し。
