クリード・オフィス投資法人が保有する「COI仙台中央ビル」に区分地上権を設定することを公表した。物件敷地一部の地下に仙台市が建設を進める地下鉄東西線が通じることになったため、クリード・オフィス投資法人は補償金として33百万円を、契約締結日である9月21日に受け取る。
