クリード・オフィス投資法人（COI）が仙台のオフィスビルを取得することを発表した。物件は、JR仙台駅より徒歩5分にある昭和56年竣工8階建てオフィスビル。5月末の稼働率は66.7%。COIは取得後直ぐに外壁、エントランス、共用部のリニューアル工事を行い、資産価値を高めていく予定。
