クリード・オフィス投資法人（COI）が香川県高松市のオフィスビル（未竣工）を取得することを発表した。COIによる四国での取得は初。物件は、JR「高松駅」より徒歩5分に平成19年6月竣工予定、8階建てオフィスビル。COIの取得は平成19年12月予定。竣工から引き渡しまで5ヶ月を要すること、及び引き渡しより7ヶ月間、賃料保証のマスターリース契約を売り主より継承することを取得条件とする。
