クリード・オフィス投資法人が新たにオフィスビル6棟を取得することを発表した。6棟の取得額は計123億円。これによってファンド全体の資産規模は17%増の864億円となる。 また、これに伴い、第1期(平成18年10月期)及び第2期(平成19年4月期)業績予想を修正した。第1期は従来予想比8%の増益、1口当たり分配金は14,553円、第2期は10%の増益、1口当たり分配金は13,010円となる見通し。
