クリード・オフィス投資法人が第1期（平成18年10月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用日数は、上場日である3月15日からの231日間。上場時に38棟、その後7棟を取得した。4月20日修正した予想に対し16%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,955円となった。第2期（平成19年4期）から、運用は6ヶ月間となるが、「24山京ビル」の売却益465百万円を見込み、当期利益1,655百万円、1口当たり分配金は17,000円となる見通し。
