トップリート投資法人が、第21期(平成28年8月期)業績予想を修正した。28日開催された投資主総会にて野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人との合併が承認された。これに伴い、トップリート投資法人の最終期となる第21期の運用期間は8月末までの4ヶ月間となるため、業績予想を修正。当期純利益1,061百万円を見込み、分配金見合いの1口当たり合併交付金は5,950円となる見通し。
