トップリート投資法人（TOP）が、第20期（平成28年4月期）決算を発表した。第20期における物件取得及び売却はなし。8月売却予定の「コジマ×ビックカメラ柏店 」の売却に伴う減損損失181百万円、及び「イトーヨーカドー東習志野店」のテナント退去に伴う減損損失5,274百万円計上により、当期損失3,576百万円となった。この損失解消のため無償減資3,439百万円を行い、併せて内部留保の取崩しによって、利益超過分配を行う。1口当たり利益超過分配金は11,460円。期末のポートフォリオは20物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,904億円、有利子負債比率は49.0％。第21期（平成28年10月期）は、8月に「コジマ×ビックカメラ柏店」を売却。9月1日に野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人との合併により、TOPは8月29日に上場廃止となるため、実質的な運用期間は4ヶ月間となる。上場廃止時点の保有物件19棟は、野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が承継する。なお、第21期分配金見合いの合併交付金は合併後に支払われる予定。
