トップリート投資法人が、第19期（平成27年10月期）決算を発表した。第19期における物件の取得はなし。前期の物件売却益がなくなったこと等により前期比8.6％減益となったが、内部留保より43百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は9,761円と前期を僅かに上回った。期末のポートフォリオは20棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,904億円、有利子負債比率は47.6％。第20期（平成28年4月期）は、神田錦町三丁目ビルディングの稼働率上昇や支払利息の減少等により、前期比4.1％増益を見込み、内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は9,900円となる見通し。続く第21期（平成28年10月期）1口当たり分配金も9,900円となる見通し。
