トップリート投資法人が第18期（平成27年4月期）決算を発表した。第18期は、芝公園ビルを追加取得する一方、神田パークプラザ及びOAK PLAZAを売却。これにより売却益297百万円を計上するが、神田錦町三丁目ビルの大口テナント退去及びイトーヨーカドー東習志野店の賃料減額改定等により前期比6.3％減益。売却益のうち一部を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は9,680円と前期を12.8％下回った。期末のポートフォリオは20棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,905億円、有利子負債比率は47.7％。第19期（平成27年10月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比11.3％減益を見込む。内部留保より約82百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は9,700円と前期を0.2％上回る見通し。続く第20期（平成28年4月期）は前期予想比5％増益を見込み、内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は9,700円となる見通し。
