トップリート投資法人が保有物件2棟を売却する。売却する物件は、千代田区にある昭和34年竣工のオフィスビルと昭和60年竣工のホテル。ともに築年数が経過し、修繕費の増加等による競争力低下を理由に売却を決定。2棟の売却額は計82.5億円。簿価との差額は510百万円となり、売却益約280百万円を見込むが、晴海トリトンのリニューアル費用として、売却益の一部を内部留保とするため、業績予想の修正はなし。一方、売却代金を借入金の返済に充当するため、有利子負債比率は50.0％から47.4％に低下する見込み。
