トップリート投資法人が第15期、第16期、第17期の業績予想を修正した。第15期（平成25年10月期）は、賃貸収入が増加する一方、管理費等の減少により、前回予想比5.1%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,191円となる見通し。第18期（平成26年4月期）、第19期（平成26年10月期）は、11月7日に発表した業績予想に対し、テナント入居及び賃料改定に伴う賃貸収入の増加及び費用の減少等により、ともに前回予想比3%増益、第18期1口当たり分配金は10,450円、第19期1口当たり分配金は10,500円となる見通し。
