トップリート投資法人が仙台の商業施設を取得する。物件は、仙台市営地下鉄広瀬通駅より徒歩2分にある、昭和55年竣工3階建の店舗ビル。平成17年にリニューアル工事を実施。ファッションブランド等テナントは6社、3月末時点の稼働率は100%。併せて第15期（平成25年10月期）業績予想を修正。3月に大型テナントが退去した晴海アイランドトリトンスクエアY棟の後継テナントが一部決定し、4月末の稼働率41.8%から6月末は62.5%となる見込み。これらに伴い従来予想比4.6%増益、剰余金を見込まず1口当たり分配金は9,600円となる見通し。
