トップリート投資法人（TPR）が6月14日に発表した第14期（平成25年4月期）業績予想を修正した。晴海アイランドトリトンスクエア オフィスタワーY棟のテナントである住友金属工業が平成25年1月及び2月に退去し、TPRのポートフォリオ総賃貸面積の3.9%が解約となる予定。これに伴い従来予想比11.5%減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は11,500円となる見通し。
