トップリート投資法人が第12期（平成24年4月期）決算を発表した。第12期はレジデンス及びオフィスビル計2棟取得、オフィスビル1棟売却を行った。赤坂王子ビルのメインテナント退去により賃貸収益が減少するも、物件売却益256百万円が寄与し、前期比0.7%増益、物件売却益の一部を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は12,577円となった。第13期（平成24年10月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与するも、前期の物件売却益がなくなることから3.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,400円となる見通し。続く第14期（平成25年4月期）は赤坂王子ビルのテナント入居による収益が寄与し、1口当たり分配金は13,000円となる見通し。
