トップリート投資法人が中央区のレジデンスを取得する。取得額は24億円。売り主はプレミア投資法人。一方、大阪のオフィスビルを売却する。売却額は13億円。簿価との差額は298百万円となり、売却益が発生する。これらに伴い第12期（平成24年4月期）予想分配金を修正。既に取得済みを加えたレジデンス3棟の賃貸収入及び物件売却益250百万円が寄与する。なお、土地等を先行取得した場合の課税特例を活用し、売却益より約80百万円を内部留保し、1口当たり分配金は12,400円となる見通し。
