トップリート投資法人が第10期（平成23年4月期）及び第11期（平成23年10月期）1口当たり予想分配金を修正した。第10期は、震災に伴う修繕費37百万円を特別損失として計上することにより、従来予想比0.7%減の13,900円となる見通し。続く第11期は、赤坂王子ビルのテナント退去に伴う賃貸収入減少により、従来予想比4.5%減の12,600円となる見通し。
