トップリート投資法人が第9期（平成22年10月期）決算を発表した。第9期は物件の取得はなし。投資法人債発行に伴い支払利息及び融資手数料が増加するも、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比5.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,220円となった。第10期（平成23年4月期）は、賃貸収入の減少を見込み1.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,000円となる見通し。続く第11期（平成23年10月期）は減収及び固都税の増加等を見込み5.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,200円となる見通し。
