トップリート投資法人が第8期（平成22年4月期）決算を発表した。第8期は千代田区のオフィスビル1棟取得により賃貸収益が増加、前期比6.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,484円となった。第9期（平成22年10月期）は、投資法人債発行により支払利息の増加を見込むも、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比3.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,000円となる見通し。続く第10期(平成23年4月期）1口当たり分配金も14,000円となる見通し。
