トップリート投資法人が第6期（平成21年4月期）決算を発表した。第6期は物件の取得はなし。水光熱費及び固都税の減少等により前期比2.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,206円となった。第7期（平成21年10月期）は、固都税及び支払利息の増加等により5.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,500円となる見通し。続く第8期（平成22年4月期）1口当たり分配金も12,500円となる見通し。
