トップリート投資法人が第5期（平成20年10月期）決算を発表した。第5期はレジデンス1棟を取得し前期比8.2%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,863円となった。第6期（平成21年4月期）は前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により0.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,900円となる見通し。続く第7期（平成21年10月期）は0.3%増収を見込む一方、支払利息の増加等により3%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,500円となる見通し。
