トップリート投資法人が第4期（平成20年4月期）1口当たり予想分配金を修正した。物件取得及び賃料増額により賃貸収入が上回ったこと、修繕費の削減、受取利息の増加により、従来予想を5.4%上回り、1口当たり分配金は11,700円となる見通し。
