トップリート投資法人（TPR）が晴海トリトンのオフィスビルを追加取得する。物件は、地下鉄勝どき駅より徒歩6分、複数の高層ビルから成る再開発エリアに位置する。TPRは既にオフィスタワーY棟の3-15階を保有しており、今回はオフィスタワーZ棟の17階一部及び18-22階を取得する。売り主である大林組と、3年間の定期借家契約（賃料固定マスターリース）を締結する。これに伴い、第5期（平成20年10月期）1口当たり予想分配金を修正。従来予想比12.7%増の12,400円となる見通し。
