トップリート投資法人が第3期（平成19年10月期）決算を発表した。第3期は、物件の新規取得はなし。前期比4%増収なるも、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税費用計上により20%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,921円となった。第4期（平成20年4月期）は、このまま推移すれば、減収減益、1口当たり分配金は11,100円となる見通し。
