トップリート投資法人がイトーヨーカドー東習志野店のテナント契約継続を発表

トップリート投資法人（TPR)は、保有するイトーヨーカドー東習志野店のテナント契約継続を発表した。当該物件のテナントであるイトーヨーカ堂は、専門店の営業不振を理由に、中途解約することをTPRに2月に通知した。その後両社間で協議の結果、中途解約を撤回し、8月以降の賃料を従来の65%、平成20年3月以降は一定の売上以上の場合、固定＋歩合賃料を導入することで決定した。なお、今後、契約満了の平成26年11月まで賃料改定はないこととする。
