トップリート投資法人が主要テナントの解約を発表

トップリート投資法人（TPR）は、上場後の平成18年6月に取得したイトーヨーカドー東習志野店のテナントである(株)イトーヨーカ堂が解約することを発表した。解約日は平成20年2月末のため当面の業績には影響を与えない。契約は平成26年11月末まで（3年毎の賃料改定）だが、今回賃料改定に合意しなかったため、中途解約となる。解約部分は、1月末ポートフォリオ全体の賃貸面積の21.3%、総賃貸収入の8.0%を占める。TPRは、解約後のテナント誘致を進めていく方向。
