トップリート投資法人が第1期（平成18年10月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用日数は、上場日である3月1日からの245日間。上場時に7棟取得、6月に1棟を取得し、上場時発表した業績予想を9.7%上回り、当期利益2,729百万円、1口当たり分配金17,609円となった。第2期（平成19年4月期）運用期間は6ヶ月のため、12月に取得した深沢ハウスH棟・I棟の収益が寄与するものの、23%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,500円となる見通し。併せて第3期（平成19年10月期）予想を発表。前期比1.4%増収を見込むが、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税の費用計上に伴い、22%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,500円となる見通し。
