ジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人が第6期（平成23年8月期）決算を発表した。第6期は箱根のホテルを取得。震災の影響により下半期におけるホテル需要が減少。これにより前期比31%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,722円となった。第7期（平成24年8月期）は、変動賃料制の5棟をGOP連動型の賃貸借契約へ変更する。震災の影響からの回復、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働を見込み、前期比37%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,017円となる見通し。
