ジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人が6月23日に発表した第6期(平成23年8月期)業績予想を修正した。沖縄のホテル日航アリビラ、浦安のオリエンタルホテル東京ベイの需要回復が想定よりも強いことから、変動賃料の増加を見込む。従来予想比32%増益、1口当たり分配金は7,008円となる見通し。
