ジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人（JHR）が、第6期（平成23年8月期）業績予想を修正した。JHRは、震災に伴うホテル収益への影響が予測困難なことから、4月1日に第6期業績予想を未定に修正した。その後3ヶ月経過し、変動賃料導入ホテルの収益見通しが立ったことから、業績予想を再度発表した。震災により変動賃料を導入するホテル5棟のGOP（営業利益）が、平成22年10月21日に発表した当初予想より20%減少。特に千葉県浦安市に位置するオリエンタルホテル東京ベイは、ディズニーランド休園の影響から売上げ39%下落を想定。これにより10月21日に発表した業績予想より63%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,310円となる見通し。
