ジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人が第6期（平成23年8月期）中間決算（平成22年9月～平成23年2月）を発表した。前年中間期に対し営業外費用の減少等により9%増益、1口当たり中間利益は7,788円となった。第6期通期は、震災の影響により変動賃料の算出が困難なため、業績予想は未定。景気動向やゴールデンウィークのホテル需要、夏休みの予約動向を確認の上開示の予定。
