ジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人が箱根のホテルを取得することを発表。物件は箱根登山鉄道強羅駅より徒歩1分にあるリゾートホテル。ホテルを運営する共立メンテナンスと固定賃料（年間234百万円）の賃貸借契約を締結する。今回の取得による業績予想修正は第6期（平成23年8月期）中間決算発表時（4月21日開示）に併せて公表する予定。
