ジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人が第4期（平成21年8月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、物件の取得はなし。新型インフルエンザの影響による変動賃料導入のホテル5棟の売上減少、支払利息及び融資手数料の増加等により、前期比45%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,913円となった。第5期（平成22年8月期）は、0.5%増収を見込む一方、支払利息及び融資手数料の増加等により15%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,072円となる見通し。
