ジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人（JHR）が投資主優待制度を導入することを発表した。投資主優待制度はJ-REIT初。優待内容は、毎年2月末における投資主を対象に、JHRが保有するホテルのうち、スポンサーであるゴールドマン・サックスグループがテナントである5棟の宿泊及びレストランの割引券を配布する。割引費用はテナント負担、優待に関する運営費用はJHR負担となる。
