ジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人が第4期（平成21年8月期）中間決算（平成20年9月～平成21年2月）を発表した。中間純利益は前期中間期を14%下回ったものの、予想数値に対しては6%増となった。一方、第4期通期は、ホテルの売上減少による変動賃料の減少を見込み、1月21日に発表した従来予想に対し12%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,584円となる見通し。
