ジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人（JHR)及びその資産運用会社であるジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート株式会社が、証券取引等監視委員会より行政処分勧告を受けた。 処分に至る経緯は、投資法人が取得予定物件の看板設置費用について、本来、資産運用会社の利害関係人である売主負担であるものを、投資法人の負担として234万円支払った。実質的に利益相反となり、法令違反と認められた。JHRは、再発防止に努めるとともに、具体的な対応策を協議の予定。
