エルシーピー投資法人、投資主総会にて合併契約が可決

エルシーピー投資法人が、8日に開催された投資主総会にて、議案である東京グロースリート投資法人（TGR）との合併契約が可決されたことを発表した。1月4日時点では大口投資主の賛同が得られておらず、否決の可能性があることを発表していたが、その後一部の大口投資主から賛同を得ることができ可決に至った。今後は、19日に開催予定のTGRの投資主総会にて、規約の変更、資産運用委託契約の解約、合併後の役員選任の議案承認を経て、2月1日に両者が合併となる予定。
