エルシーピー投資法人が第7期(平成21年8月期)決算を発表した。第7期は、物件の取得はなし。前期の物件売却損がなくなる一方、既存物件の賃貸収益の減少及び融資手数料の増加等により前期比5%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,276円となった。第8期(平成22年2月期)は支払利息及び融資手数料の増加を見込み68%減益、1口当たり分配金は1,000円となる見通し。
