エルシーピー投資法人が第6期（平成21年2月期）決算を発表した。第6期は1棟売却を行った。前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、物件売却損2.3億円計上により、前期比68%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,448円となった。第7期（平成21年8月期）は、支払利息等が増加する一方、前期の物件売却損がなくなるため2.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,500円となる見通し。
