エルシーピー投資法人が第5期（平成20年8月期）決算を発表した。第5期は2棟売却を行った。物件売却益及び賃貸収益の減少により前期比30%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,951円となった。第6期（平成21年2月期）はこのまま推移すると、物件売却益及び売却した物件の賃貸収入がなくなることから45%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,900円と大幅減となる見通し。
