エルシーピー投資法人が第4期（平成20年2月期）決算を発表した。第4期は1棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。物件売却益6億円が寄与し、前期比16.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,637円となった。第5期（平成20年8月期）は、2棟売却を予定。物件売却益の減少及び物件売却による賃貸収益減、また平成19年に取得した物件の固都税計上等により29%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,100円となる見通し。
