エルシーピー投資法人が、第3期（平成19年8月期）決算を発表した。第3期は、13棟取得及び3棟売却を行った。物件売却益471百万円が寄与し、前期比58.5%増益、投資口数が54.8%増加するも、1口当たり13,425円と前期を2.3%上回った。第4期（平成20年2月期）は、1棟取得及び1棟売却を予定。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、さらに物件売却益が前期比増となることが寄与し、前期比15.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,500円となる見通し。
