エルシーピー投資法人（LCP）が有料老人ホーム3棟を取得する。3棟の取得額は計36.5億円。売主は、オリジネーターのグループ会社であるゼクスコミュニティ。バックアップオペレーターを設定し、運営リスクを回避する。LCPは既にボンセジュールシリーズを4棟保有しており、今回の取得により、シニア施設の保有割合は3%から7%に上昇する。併せて、第3期（平成19年8月期）業績予想を修正した。1口当たり分配金は従来予想を5.8%上回り、12,800円となる見通し。
