エルシーピー投資法人がGEリアル・エステートと業務提携、第三者割当投資口追加発行を行う

エルシーピー投資法人（LCP）が、GEリアル・エステートと業務提携を行うことを発表。GEリアル・エステートは、アメリカGE社の不動産部門の日本法人。併せて、LCPは、GEリアル・エステートの関連会社に対し、第三者割当による投資口32,500口（うち発行口数の70%相当を6ヶ月間のロックアップ）を発行する。これによりGEリアル・エステートグループは、LCPの投資口数の35.4%を占める筆頭投資主となる。両社の業務提携により、LCPは、GEリアル・エステートより人材や物件情報、優先交渉権を得ていく。
