エルシーピー投資法人が、5月23日東証へ上場する。同投資法人は当初2005年12月に上場を予定していたが一旦上場を延期していた。上場時の取得予定物件は従来と変更なし。総取得額は455億円（当初より2億円程度増加）。住居（シニア住宅・有料老人ホームを含む）を中心としてオフィスビルや商業施設も投資対象とする。上場に際して投資口59,000口発行、オーバーアロットメントによる売出1,800口を行う。資産運用会社はエルシーピー・リート・アドバイザーズ。
