スターツプロシード投資法人が、第32期（2021年10月期）決算を発表した。 第32期は、「プロシード新川」を取得、「プロシード本八幡」を売却した。物件売却益が増加する一方、修繕費や支払利息の増加、前期発生した補償金収入の反動減により、前期比2.1％減益、1口当たり分配金は4,563円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは106物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は884億円、有利子負債比率は50.6％。 第33期（2022年4月期）は、賃貸収益が増加、減価償却費が減少するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比0.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,520円となる見通し。 第34期（2022年10月期）1口当たり分配金も4,520円となる見通し。 住宅系REITの中で相対的にNAV倍率が低い点や資産規模が小さい点を本投資法人の課題と認識し、引き続き物件入替えとスポンサー開発物件の取得、自己投資口の取得等の施策に取り組む方針。
