スターツプロシード投資法人が、「プロシード門前仲町」等、住宅3物件を、スポンサーグループであるスターツデベロップメントより取得する。3物件の取得額は計30.93億円。自己資金での取得となる。 これに伴い、第30期（2020年10月期）業績予想を修正。 上記3物件と3月に取得した「ザ・パークハビオ横浜山手」の賃貸収益が寄与し、3月に公表した業績予想に対し、7.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は5,420円となる見通し。
